This data list is based on the data needs identified by the Community Needs Assessment Task Force in the Community Needs Assessment Data Survey conducted by MACA. The report tool provides access to most data elements that were deemed "Very important" in the survey. The remaining data elements of high importance will be added as the data become available. The report tool also includes several data elements of less importance where data was readily available, as well as other elements added later.
